Senior Counsel - Commercial and Class Action Litigation

Latitude has an amazing opportunity for a litigator with commercial and class action litigation experience to move in-house.

This Senior Counsel role with the corporate legal department of a global company will oversee a variety of complex commercial and class action litigation. Candidates should have extensive prior experience managing complex large-scale litigation matters and a litigation team. Prior experience managing outside litigation counsel and budgets is highly preferred.

Requirements for the Senior Counsel – Commercial and Class Action Litigation:

10+ years of litigation experience – must include experience managing large-scale complex commercial and/or class action matters
Prior experience at an AmLaw 200 law firm and/or a corporate legal department is highly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Licensed to practice law
Top-tier academic credentials and outstanding references required
