Labor and Employment Attorney (Remote)
An attorney job in Miami, FL
Latitude is seeking experienced labor and employment attorneys. Applicants must have 4+ years of experience representing employers in the Labor and Employment practice group of an AmLaw 200 firm and/or a large corporate legal department.
Desired experience includes: counseling employers in a full range of federal, state, and local employment laws, litigation, wage and hour compliance, employment agreements, collective bargaining disputes, and unlawful discrimination claims. Prior experience training HR departments or client employees is a plus.

- Excellent academic credentials
- Licensed in state of residence
