Capital Markets and Corporate Securities Attorney (In-House)

Latitude is seeking a capital markets and corporate securities attorney for an exciting opportunity to work with one of its publicly traded company clients located in South Florida. Applicants must have 3-6 years of experience representing public company clients both in capital market and transactional matters, as well as in disclosure and compliance matters. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience representing issuers and underwriters in public offerings of debt and equity securities, including follow-on equity offerings and at-the-market offerings. Additional experience preparing SEC and state regulatory filings, including registration statements, annual reports, proxy statements, Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K is highly preferred. This is an immediate need.
- 3-6 years of capital markets and corporate securities experience working as a corporate associate at an AmLaw 200 firm or in the legal department of a publicly traded company is strongly preferred.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Outstanding references.
- Applicants must be able to become Authorized House Counsel in the State of Florida.
