Cynthia Cutler Moon

Vice President, Legal Recruiting & Placement
Nashville

Cynthia serves as Vice President of Legal Recruiting and Placement and works from Latitude’s Nashville office.

She is responsible for Latitude’s legal recruiting procedures and training across the company’s existing and growing markets.

Before joining Latitude, Cynthia was the General Counsel and Director of Human Resources for TCW, an intermodal trucking company headquartered in Nashville, and previously practiced employment law at Baker Donelson in Nashville and Fowler Bell in Lexington, Kentucky. She also has prior legal recruiting experience with Koerner & Associates in Nashville.

Cynthia has held multiple leadership roles in bar organizations as well as community and professional groups. She is also a frequent speaker at CLE engagements throughout the community. Cynthia received her B.A. from the University of Miami and her J.D. from William & Mary Law School, where she served on the William & Mary Law Review and National Trial Team.

Recently, Cynthia took a two-year sabbatical and traveled throughout North America with her husband and two dogs in a 17-foot travel trailer. She visited numerous national parks and UNESCO sites and explored both coasts of Canada (including driving the remote Trans-Labrador Highway) and more than 15 states in Mexico. While this adventure did not cure Cynthia of her fear of spiders, she did gain a lifetime of memories.

Cynthia and her husband Bobby reside in Nashville, but they plan to still hit the road on occasion.
