Before joining Latitude, Natalie Ward served as General Counsel for a group of healthcare and healthcare technology companies. During her time as General Counsel, Natalie counseled and supported healthcare executives, physicians, and pharmacies throughout the United States on a wide scope of healthcare, franchise, corporate, employment, contract negotiation, and risk mitigation matters. Prior to the General Counsel role, Natalie served as in-house counsel for a national hospitality and real estate company where she was responsible for intellectual property, marketing, licensing, franchising, and technology matters.
Natalie graduated from Howard University School of Law. As a law student, she served as a law review editor and executive, class officer, research assistant, and judicial intern. She began her career as an intellectual property attorney with AmLaw 100 firms in Washington, DC and Charlotte, NC.
She received her undergraduate degree in Nursing from the University of Florida and won a grant from the National Institute of Health, which she used to conduct autism intervention research during her junior and senior years.
Natalie is passionate about helping experienced attorneys, paralegals, and legal professionals transition into life-changing consulting engagements and permanent positions. She and her family reside outside of Atlanta. They spend their free time hiking, dancing, boating, cooking gourmet meals, and traveling to faraway countries.
