The 2026 Conference Will Bring In-House counsel to Boston October 4-7
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Sept. 3, 2026) – Latitude will join in-house counsel from across the country at the 2026 ACC Annual Meeting, taking place October 4–7 at the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center in Boston.
The annual meeting has become an important opportunity for Latitude’s team to reconnect with clients and colleagues from across the in-house legal community and continue conversations about the priorities shaping legal teams.
This will be Latitude’s fourth consecutive year sponsoring the conference. In addition to meeting with attendees throughout the week, Latitude EVP and Partner Candice Reed will participate in a session focused on the realities of navigating a legal career that doesn’t follow a straight line.
Visit Latitude at Booth #314
Members of the Latitude team will be available throughout the conference at booth #314 to connect with attendees and talk about how legal teams are thinking about talent and flexibility for the work ahead.
In a nod to Latitude’s Nashville roots, the team will also bring a Dolly Parton-autographed guitar to Boston, which one conference attendee will take home. For every attendee badge scanned at the booth, Latitude will donate $1 to Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, supporting the organization’s work to provide free books to children around the world.
Off Script: Making a Non-Linear Career Work for You
Career paths can change for any number of reasons, from an unexpected transition to a deliberate decision to pursue something different. On Monday, October 5, Candice Reed will join Krishna Varma, Senior Counsel at Travelers; Andrea Oller, Area Compliance Counsel for Ferrero North America; and Adrianna Buckingham, Executive Coach at AB In-house Counseling, for a panel exploring how attorneys can understand those changes as part of their broader career story and speak about them with confidence.
Reed will share a legal recruiting and placement perspective on discussing career gaps and lateral moves during interviews or networking conversations. She will also offer perspective on how hiring decision-makers understand non-linear experience and what attorneys can do to communicate the value of those experiences.
“Off Script: Making a Non-Linear Career Work for You” is presented by Women in the House, ACC’s network for female in-house counsel. The session will take place Monday, October 5, from 10:30–11:45 a.m. ET. A moderated panel will be followed by small-group breakout discussions facilitated by the speakers.
Latitude’s Night at the Museum of Ice Cream
In addition to sponsoring the conference, Latitude will host an invitation-only gathering at Boston’s Museum of Ice Cream on Monday, October 5. The event will bring together in-house counsel and members of the Latitude team for a relaxed evening of conversation over food and drinks at one of Boston’s most distinctive venues.
