Andy is a Partner at Latitude. He founded and leads the company’s Miami office and is also the oversight Partner for Florida.
Prior to joining Latitude, Andy was a Shareholder at Am Law 200 firm Carlton Fields in Miami where he represented major financial services companies in complex federal and state court litigation throughout the United States. A native Miamian, Andy has strong ties in the local legal community both at corporate legal departments and at law firms throughout South Florida.
During his nearly 15 years in private practice, Andy represented financial institutions, insurers and other sophisticated businesses in class actions and other high-exposure cases throughout the country and worked closely with corporate in-house counsel, advising them on all aspects of litigation.
He received his B.A. from Vanderbilt University and his J.D. from the University of Southern California’s Gould School of Law. He is fluent in Spanish.
Andy and his wife Nicole live in Miami with their two children and Bernedoodle named Jingle.
