Allison serves as Director of Legal Recruiting and Placement and works out of Latitude’s Atlanta office.
At Latitude, Allison helps experienced attorneys, paralegals, legal operations professionals and compliance officers transition into often life-changing engagements and permanent positions.
Before joining Latitude, Allison worked in a variety of positions in both the St. Louis and Atlanta markets. Her roles included working in house at a regional airline, working as a labor and employment attorney in both a midsize and large international law firm and working as in a civil litigation insurance defense attorney in a midsize law firm.
Allison is an Illinois native and earned her J.D. from Saint Louis University with a concentration in civil litigation and her Bachelor of Arts in education from Saint Louis University. She currently resides in Atlanta with her husband and son.
