Madeleine is a Director, Talent Strategy & Operations and works out of the company’s Indianapolis office.
Madeleine helps experienced attorneys, paralegals, legal operations professionals and compliance officers transition into flexible contract engagement as well as permanent positions that align with their personal and professional goals.
Before joining Latitude, Madeleine served as Corporate Counsel for CA Student Living, an organization that develops, invests in, and operates apartments near large universities. In that position, she worked with the company’s business teams to document vendor engagements, review investment transactions, and resolve contractual and tenant-related disputes. Prior to that, she was a member of the Global Finance group at Nixon Peabody and a corporate and finance associate at Winston & Strawn. She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois.
Madeleine was born outside of Toronto, grew up near South Bend, Indiana and now lives in Chicago. Before law school, she drew on her own experiences working as a legal assistant at an immigration law firm. She earned her J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. In her free time, she enjoys trying cool restaurants, visiting new fitness studios and cheering on the Fighting Irish.
