Robin is Director of Legal Recruiting & Placement, working in the company’s Nashville office.
In this role, she serves the Tennessee legal community by finding exciting flexible engagements and permanent roles for outstanding attorneys and helping legal department and law firm leaders expand their teams to meet fluctuating demand.
Before joining Latitude, Robin worked as a business bankruptcy attorney in Nashville, beginning in a boutique law firm setting and eventually practicing as a Member in an Am Law 200 firm. As a business bankruptcy lawyer, she guided businesses through the complex Chapter 11 restructuring process, which often included addressing a wide variety of legal issues, including analysis of the extent and priority of liens, review and evaluation of contracts and leases, employment law issues, business litigation, and asset sales. Robin has also had experience in the areas of insurance defense litigation, commercial litigation, and title insurance.
Robin is honored to have been listed in The Best Lawyers in America and Mid-South Super Lawyers. She is a Nashville Bar Foundation Fellow and has previously served as Chair of the Nashville Bar Association Bankruptcy Court Committee. She is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Mid-South Commercial Law Institute and served as President of that organization from 2015-2016. Robin also previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nashville Conflict Resolution Center and Nashville CARES.
Robin earned her J.D. and B.A. from Vanderbilt University – Anchor Down! She completed her Civil Mediation training at the Lipscomb University Institute for Conflict Management.
Over the last few years, Robin has been actively involved in community service projects benefiting people experiencing homelessness in the Nashville area. She enjoys hiking, traveling, and dining out. She and her husband have two daughters and reside in Brentwood, Tennessee.
