Anne McKnight

Anne is Vice President of Talent at Latitude.

Anne is responsible for Latitude’s global talent strategy, company-wide talent processes and candidate experience, and supporting Latitude talent teams across all regional corporate offices.

Prior to joining Latitude, Anne practiced employment law at Am Law 100 firm Ogletree Deakins Nash Smoak & Stewart, P.C., in Nashville, where she represented and worked with companies of all sizes.

Over her nearly 15 years in private practice, Anne gained extensive experience providing strategic legal guidance, conducting internal investigations, and defending employment claims and lawsuits in state and federal courts and with governmental agencies. Anne also served as a frequent speaker and contributor for various companies, associations, and legal publications providing training and insight on a myriad of employment law topics.

She is a member of numerous industry associations, including the Nashville Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, and Lawyers Association for Women. Anne also currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Nashville Software School.

A native Kentuckian and forever a Wildcat, Anne earned her J.D. and B.S. from the University of Kentucky. She and her husband have two children and reside in Brentwood, Tennessee.
