Nate Kostelnik

Nate Kostelnik is a Director of Legal Recruiting and Placement and works out of the company’s Tampa Bay office. 

Kostelnik brings experience from both private practice and in-house legal environments. Before joining Latitude, he served as a director for the Oncology Nursing Society, the trade association serving over 35,000 oncology nurses nationwide. Prior to that, he practiced at Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote and Houston Harbaugh, P.C. in Pittsburgh, where he focused on corporate, commercial, intellectual property, and litigation matters.

Nate is a member of CLOC’s Voice and Brand Council, serves as the Council Lead for the Contract Nerds Community Council, and is a member of the Steering Committee for AI Benchmarks for the Legal Industry. He also self-published a book titled LLC Launchpad.  

He earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from John Carroll University.  

He lives in Pittsburgh with his wife and daughters and enjoys kettlebell training and hockey.
