Corey is the leader and founding Partner of Latitude’s New York City office.
As the Partner leading Latitude’s New York City office, Corey provides flexible talent solutions to corporate legal departments and law firms, providing efficient and cost-effective solutions to fluctuating legal workloads.
Before joining Latitude, Corey served as Deputy General Counsel at SwagUp, where he established the company’s legal function, served on the executive team, and provided strategic counsel across the organization until its sale. His work encompassed a broad range of corporate and commercial agreements across sales, marketing, product and operations as well as overseeing employment, privacy and litigation matters.
Corey began his legal career as Associate Counsel at SPORTFIVE, a global sports marketing and management agency. There, he worked with athletes, agents, brands, and properties on a variety of commercial agreements, including endorsements, sponsorships, licensing, media rights, and event and vendor contracts.
He earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in sports management and communication from the University of Michigan. Corey previously served on the Michigan School of Kinesiology Alumni Board and, alongside his wife Erin, proudly supports Her Justice.
He lives on Long Island and loves spending time with his wife and two young children. When he is not running around to their activities, he enjoys playing basketball, watching sports and attending concerts.
