Giselle is a Director of Legal Recruiting and Placement and works out of the company’s Miami office.
In this role, she helps experienced attorneys, paralegals, legal operations professionals and compliance officers transition into flexible contract engagements and permanent positions.
Before joining Latitude, Giselle worked at a boutique defense law firm in Miami, representing insurance companies in coverage disputes, litigation, and fraud investigation matters. Prior to that, Giselle worked as a Senior Corporate Counsel for an international manufacturing company, where she advised the company’s various business units on a broad range of contract and employment matters. Giselle began her legal career as an Associate in the commercial litigation practice group at Gray Robinson, P.A., an AmLaw 200 Florida-based law firm.
Giselle earned her J.D. and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, and earned her B.A. from the University of Florida. She currently resides in Pinecrest with her husband and two children.
