Lauren serves as Director of Legal Recruiting and Placement and works from Latitude’s San Francisco office.
She assists experienced attorneys, paralegals, legal operations professionals and compliance officers transition into life-changing engagements and permanent positions.
Before joining Latitude, she served as an attorney at Elder Bray & Bankler PC in San Antonio, where she was a member of the corporate law department. In that position she represented clients in connection with a wide variety of commercial and business transactions. Prior to that, she was a member of the corporate law department of Dykema, a leading national law firm and successor to the San Antonio-based law firm Cox Smith Matthews.
Lauren is a native Austinite and earned both her B.B.A. in finance and J.D. at the University of Texas at Austin. In her free time, she enjoys running, hiking, cooking, gardening and spending time with her three children.
