Lisa is a Director, Talent Strategy & Operations, on Latitude’s Corporate Talent Team.
In this role, Lisa supports new Latitude markets as well as Latitude’s talent teams across the country to strengthen candidate pipelines, refine talent processes, and ensure consistently high-quality experiences for the legal professionals Latitude serves.
Before joining Latitude, Lisa held a series of progressively senior roles at Aquila Software, a division of Constellation Software (TSX: CSU), advancing from Director of Talent Acquisition, Americas to Director of HR. In that role, she served as a strategic partner to senior leaders across Aquila’s growing portfolio of software companies, led the build-out of the HR function, and owned talent and organizational due diligence and integration for company acquisitions.
Earlier, Lisa served as an adjunct professor at Florida Coastal School of Law, where she taught Remedies and Legal History for five years.
She began her legal career in Atlanta at Rogers & Hardin before joining Am Law 100 firm Seyfarth Shaw as it opened its Atlanta office. Her practice focused on employment litigation, counseling and training.
Lisa is active in her community, including supporting local schools through classroom volunteering and board service. She is also passionate about sharing her love of Pilates, and has been a certified instructor for 20 years, teaching mostly at the First Coast YMCA.
Lisa earned her B.A from the University of Virginia and her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law.
Lisa and her husband live in Jacksonville, Florida, and enjoy traveling, live music, and time down by the lake with fellow Wahoos. They have two children and a dog, Charlie, who, despite the name, is a girl.
