Logan is a Partner at Latitude. He founded and leads the company’s Atlanta office.
Logan is a lifelong Atlantan with deep experience in business and law. Over the years he has developed strong relationships with legal departments and law firms throughout the region.
For more than 20 years, Logan has been a provider and a consumer of legal services in private equity, business leadership and consulting roles. He has led matters as diverse as mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, labor and employment compliance, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, complex contracts negotiations and litigation. As a result, he has a keen understanding of the needs, challenges and opportunities for law firms, legal departments and individual attorneys.
In his various legal and business leadership roles, he has developed deep relationships with attorneys at numerous leading Atlanta law firms and legal departments. Before joining Latitude as founding partner of the Atlanta office, Logan had an 18-plus-year career in making private equity investments and managing portfolio companies as a board member and CEO. Earlier in his career, he consulted for the Georgia Research Alliance, a leading public-private technology-based economic development nonprofit in Georgia, was on the founding team of a technology startup and served as Vice President and General Counsel for an international consultancy founded by former Atlanta Mayor and Ambassador Andrew Young and White House Chief of Staff Hamilton Jordan. Logan also served as a manager for the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Torch Relay and Centennial Olympic Park projects.
He received his B.A. from the University of Virginia and a J.D. and MBA from the University of Georgia, where he was a member of the editorial board of the Georgia Law Review and member of the Prosecutorial Clinic. Logan currently serves as a board member for the Corporate Counsel Section of the Atlanta Bar Association.
He and his wife live in Buckhead and have three children, three dogs and three cats. (Really. And no, they didn’t plan it that way.)
