Susan is the leader and founding Partner of Latitude’s Seattle office.
Prior to joining Latitude, Susan was a co-founding partner of CounselGS, a boutique corporate law firm in Seattle where she acted as outside General Counsel and Head of Legal for multiple technology companies. She is also founder and CEO of The Koa Club, a global community of bold women who seek inspired empowerment and powerful connections in their professional and personal lives. Susan also previously served as a member of the board of directors for Leading Women in Technology and as a corporate attorney at global law firm Jenner & Block.
She has been recognized and featured in various press and publications for her achievements. Seattle Business Magazine recognized her as a “Daring Woman.” America’s Women Magazine highlighted her in their inaugural Seattle Edition as someone who wholeheartedly believes in living life boldly. And the Singapore Global Network honored her on International Women’s Day for her unwavering commitment to empowering women.
As part of her motto of embodying boldness in her life, Susan has successfully completed multiple endurance races (including an Ironman and even a marathon a month for an entire year) and in late 2023, she published her first award-winning book, Poetry for Pups, celebrating the unique and cherished bonds between humans and their canine companions.
Susan graduated from Ohio University and holds a master’s in business administration from Chaminade University of Honolulu. She earned her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
Susan resides in Seattle. In her spare time, she enjoys meeting new people, pushing herself and others to try new challenges and to stretch boundaries, and spending quality time with her family and friends, including her adorable beagle, Koa.
