Tori is the leader and managing Partner of Latitude’s Austin office.
As Partner leading Latitude’s Austin office, Tori is committed to enhancing the Texas legal market by providing legal departments and law firms with highly experienced attorneys for both interim and permanent positions, providing efficient and cost-effective solutions to fluctuating legal workloads.
With more than 14 years of experience in law firm placements and in-house executive search, Tori brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Before joining Latitude, she was Senior Director at Lateral Link, where she specialized in recruiting for associate, partner, and in-house positions.
Tori’s career includes leadership positions at several prominent legal search firms specializing in legal search across Texas. She has successfully placed candidates in leading Am Law 200 firms and with corporate legal departments, including General Counsels, Deputy and Assistant General Counsel roles. Her legal career began as an attorney with the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., and the national litigation firm, Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney.
She earned her J.D. and B.A. in Business from the University of Mississippi. Since 2017, she has been a certified Business Etiquette Trainer with the Emily Post Institute, and she trains attorneys on specific topics relevant to professionalism in the legal industry.
Active in her professional community, Tori engages with NALSC, sponsors industry events, and regularly contributes as an attendee and speaker. She’s a member of the Travis County Women Lawyers Association and the Mother Attorneys Mentoring Association (MAMAs). She has served as a Writer in Residence for Ms. JD and holds an active bar membership in Texas.
Tori lives in Austin with her family, who are avid saltwater fly-fishing enthusiasts and extreme outdoor adventurers. While they dive into their adventures, she prefers to relax, often watching from the spa or beachside with a John Grisham novel. You will find Tori “in court” at the pickleball courts often. She is a frequent patron of Austin’s vibrant restaurant scene and various community and civic events. Tori closely follows SEC sports, especially the Texas Longhorns and Ole Miss Rebels.
