ABOUT US
Great Legal Work Starts with the Right People
Legal teams need trusted support to meet fluctuating demands without burning out. Experienced attorneys want opportunities to practice in ways that fit their skills, ambitions, and lives. At Latitude, we bring the two together by connecting law firms and corporate legal departments with highly skilled flexible attorneys and helping those attorneys find roles that align with their professional goals and personal priorities.

What We Do
Latitude provides law firms and legal departments with highly experienced attorneys for contract engagement roles. Whether the need is short- or longer-term, our attorneys deliver meaningful support with the flexibility to scale up or down on demand.

Built By and For Legal Professionals
Latitude was created by attorneys who understand that legal careers and legal teams don’t all follow a traditional path. We know the pressures of practice, and we believe there’s more than one way to do challenging, rewarding work.
Our client service and recruiting team members have practiced at top law firms and companies. We have advised on complex matters, managed risk, built teams, and navigated change. That shared experience makes our approach both practical and personal.
Led by Experienced Legal Peers
Each Latitude office is led by a partner with a vested interest in client success. These leaders are former law firm partners or senior in-house counsel who understand the practical demands, time pressures, and expectations legal teams face. They serve as trusted peers, helping clients assess needs, anticipate challenges, and make staffing decisions that are thoughtful, seamless, and strategic.

Proven Legal Talent for Critical Needs
Clients rely on Latitude when they need proven legal talent they can trust, whether it’s a corporate attorney with NASDAQ IPO experience, a litigator covering a parental leave, a FERC attorney fluent in German, a privacy lawyer with in-house tech experience, or a corporate contracts attorney available part-time.
No matter the scenario, our team makes it easier to find the right fit for short-term projects, long-term contract engagements, or permanent hires.
We’ve placed thousands of attorneys in meaningful, impactful roles.
And we’ve helped legal departments and law firms expand capacity, navigate uncertainty, and support team well-being. This growth reflects more than scale. It reflects a values-driven, people-centered approach to legal staffing that continues to earn the trust of those we serve and recognition across the industry.
