Latitude is seeking experienced attorneys with sophisticated commercial real estate and finance experience. Applicants must be able to assist with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, closing documents, leases, homeowner and condominium association documents, and reviewing due diligence materials. Applicants must also have extensive experience representing lenders with all types of real estate financing arrangements, including term loans, acquisition loans, refinances, multi-state financings, bridge loans, construction loans, lines of credits, loan restructuring and workouts. Prior experience working in the real estate practice group of an AmLaw 200 firm or a sophisticated real estate boutique is preferred. This is an immediate need.
Requirements of the Commercial Real Estate and Finance Attorney:
- At least 4 years of commercial real estate experience
- Prior experience working in the real estate practice group of an AmLaw 200 firm or a sophisticated real estate boutique is preferred
- Excellent academic credentials
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing
- Outstanding references required
