Insurance Regulatory Attorney (remote)

Latitude is seeking an Insurance Regulatory attorney with 5+ years of legal experience. The successful candidate will be in P&C insurance law and regulations, have strong analytical ability and excellent writing skills. Experience using NILS is preferred. This position is fully remote and requires ability to work independently. The role will require consistent communication with others on the team, and therefore excellent communication skills are also required. This engagement is an immediate, full-time need.

Minimum Qualifications of the Insurance Regulatory Attorney (remote):

  • 5+ years of legal experience with insurance law in-house at an insurance carrier, or as outside counsel.
  • Must have Property and Casualty (“P&C”) insurance experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience using NILS is a plus
  • Capability and experience to work independently
  • Licensed in any state in the United States
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Outstanding references
