Latitude is a seeking an attorney with 3+ years of general corporate experience for an opportunity with a boutique law firm in Nashville, Tennessee. Experience in the areas of securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate affairs is preferred.

Additional relevant experience includes representing public companies as well as start-ups and tech companies; counseling clients on choice of business entity and formation; and negotiating, reviewing and drafting sophisticated contracts relating to commercial transactions.

Requirements for the Corporate Associate Attorney

  • 3+ years of corporate law experience
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing
  • Outstanding references
