Latitude is seeking a construction law attorney on an engagement or permanent basis to work with a leading law firm in Atlanta. This is a great opportunity to practice construction law on-site or remotely with a dynamic practice group with sophisticated clients. Only attorneys with at least 5 years of construction law experience and significant experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts should apply. This is an immediate need.

Requirements of the Construction Law Attorney:

  • At least 5 years of construction law experience with significant experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating various types of construction-related contracts.
  • Prior experience practicing in the construction law group of a large corporate law firm, with a  boutique firm, or in-house with a large construction company is preferred.
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence
  • Outstanding references required

  • Compensation: Highly competitive and commensurate with experience
