Latitude is seeking a securities and transactional attorney for an exciting opportunity to work with a global law firm on an engagement basis. Applicants must have at least 5 years of in-house or top-tier law firm experience representing public company clients with issues relating to Act of 1940, the Act of 1933, and the Act of 1934. This is a transactional securities position. It is part-time-to-full-time and an immediate need.

Requirements for the Securities Transactional Attorney:

  • 5+ years of securities and transactional experience working as a corporate associate at top-tier law firm or in the legal department of a publicly traded company
  • ’33, ’34, and ’40 Act experience - product work with variable product registration statement experience
  • Experience updating product prospectuses and 498A conversion work
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Outstanding references
  • Licensed in any state
  • Outstanding references

Position Details of Securities Transactional Attorney:

  • Type of role: Engagement (5-6 months)
  • Schedule: Part-Time to Full-Time hours (hours will vary)
  • Location: Remote
  • Timing: Need is immediate
