Securities/Capital Markets Attorney (remote)
Latitude is seeking an experienced corporate securities and capital markets attorney for a full-time, remote engagement opportunity. This is an immediate need. Applicants must have 5+ years of experience representing public company clients in capital markets transactions and securities compliance and disclosure matters. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, including offerings pursuant to Rule 144A, follow-on equity offerings, and SEC Form S-4 filings. Additional experience with SPAC transactions and Exchange Act filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and proxy statements is a plus. Prior experience working in the Securities and Capital Markets group of an AmLaw 200 firm is strongly preferred.
