Private Equity Corporate Attorney (Part time)

Latitude is seeking a corporate attorney for an immediate need with a large law firm in the Atlanta area. Applicants must have 4+ years of experience working on complex corporate transactions, including private equity transactions.  The successful candidate must have experience drafting and reviewing private placement memorandum. Experience with real estate transactions, including REITs are a plus.  This is an immediate, part-time engagement. Attorneys must be available to be on-site in Atlanta, GA area.

Minimum Qualifications of the Private Equity Corporate Attorney:

  • 4+ years of successful experience as a corporate attorney
  • Experience with private equity transactions is required
  • Prior experience working at an AmLaw 200 firm is preferred
  • Excellent academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
  • Licensed to practice law in state of residence 
  • Outstanding references
