One of Latitude’s small, sophisticated firm clients is interested in engaging a corporate associate for a long-term, part-time position.

If you have 3 to 7 years of recent law firm experience and enjoy drafting transactional documents and corporate formation/governance matters, and would like a flexible, remote role that allows you to work independently and have the freedom to have a sophisticated practice but also time for things outside of work, then consider applying to this job.

Requirements of the Corporate Lawyer

  • 3-7 years of corporate transactional experience, including heavy drafting experience
  • Working knowledge of Tennessee Revised LLC Act, the Tennessee Business Corporations Act and Delaware General Business Corporations Act is a plus
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Recent experience as a corporate associate in a law firm
  • Licensed and in good standing in the state where you reside
  • Outstanding references
