Latitude is seeking a paralegal with 3+ years of litigation experience for an engagement with an Am Law 100 firm in Florham Park, New Jersey, Successful candidates must live or be willing to commute to Florham Park and be skilled at assisting with discovery, pre-trial and trial matters, including depositions and motion work. Candidate must excel at working in a high energy environment with great attention to detail and possess exceptional oral and written communication skills. Candidate must possess the demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Requirements of the Litigation Paralegal:

3+ years of paralegal experience
Experience with discovery and trial preparation
Excellent organization, communication and customer service skills
Outstanding references required

We place legal professionals in permanent, temporary, and flexible roles. Latitude Engaged Professionals are usually W2 employees of Latitude and, if located in the United States, are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours or more per week, including complimentary Group Life, Long term disability, AD&D, and a qualified 401k plan (subject to a qualifying period). A CLE and Professional Expense stipend is also available to benefits-eligible Latitude Attorneys. Latitude provides complementary professional liability insurance coverage to all Latitude Engaged Professionals for their Latitude engagements.
