Corporate Attorney – Securities and Corporate Governance (Remote)

Latitude is seeking corporate attorneys with extensive securities and corporate governance experience. Applicants must have experience advising on corporate governance and disclosure matters and compliance with relevant corporate laws, NYSE listing standards, SEC reporting and compliance rules and regulations, including drafting and reviewing SEC disclosures (e.g., Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K), and preparing documentation relating to corporate approvals, such as board and committee minutes and resolutions. This is an immediate need and candidates may work remotely from any location in the United States. Prior experience working in the corporate practice group of an AmLaw 200 firm, or in the corporate legal department of a major corporation, is preferred.

  • 4+ years of sophisticated corporate experience
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Outstanding references
  • Licensed and in good standing in state of residence
