Commercial Real Estate Finance Attorney (remote or hybrid)

Latitude is seeking an experienced commercial finance attorney for an engagement position with a highly regarded Twin Cities law firm.  Interested candidates must have at least 5 years of experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating a wide variety of complex credit facilities, including commercial term and revolving loan facilities, real estate financing, construction and development financing, and handling title and survey review and other due diligence.  Prior experience working at a large law firm is preferred.

Requirements for the Commercial Real Estate Finance Attorney:

  • 5+ years of sophisticated commercial real estate finance experience
  • Experience with wide range of commercial lending and real estate financing required
  • Experience with tax credit financing preferred
  • Licensed and in good standing in state of residence
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-service-driven law firm setting
  • Outstanding references
