Labor & Employment Attorney

Latitude is seeking experienced labor and employment attorneys. Applicants must have 4+ years of experience counseling employers in a full range of federal, state, and local employment laws, litigation, wage and hour compliance, employment agreements, collective bargaining disputes, and unlawful discrimination claims. Prior experience working in the labor and employment practice group of an Am Law 200 firm, a sophisticated labor and employment boutique firm, and/or a large corporate legal department is preferred.

We place legal professionals in permanent, temporary, and flexible roles. Latitude Engaged Professionals are usually W2 employees of Latitude and, if located in the United States, are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours or more per week, including complimentary Group Life, Long term disability, AD&D, and a qualified 401k plan (subject to a qualifying period). A CLE and Professional Expense stipend is also available to benefits-eligible Latitude Attorneys. Latitude provides complementary professional liability insurance coverage to all Latitude Engaged Professionals for their Latitude engagements.
