A well established and highly respected boutique law firm is seeking an experienced paralegal to join its team. Experience drafting and administering trust documents is required and experience helping with corporate transactions (i.e., filings with the Secretary of State, helping with formation documents) is preferred. However, a caring, helpful personality is equally as important to excel at this laid back and friendly law firm, which offers a competitive salary and great benefits.
