Latitude is seeking a paralegal with at least 5 years of corporate transactional experience, ideally within a large corporate law firm or publicly traded company’s legal department, for an in-house paralegal position with a publicly traded company based in Nashville. Position involves reviewing, drafting and analyzing contracts, working with outside securities counsel to prepare and file SEC reports, communicating with the Board of Directors, managing intellectual property rights and outside counsel, and tracking deadlines for a small legal department. Proficient knowledge and use of EDGAR is highly preferred. Compensation is top-of-market and company offers flexibility and hybrid schedule. Casual corporate culture with a very loyal workforce where flexibility is key.
