Latitude is seeking an experienced corporate attorney to assist one of its AmLaw 50 law firm clients with an internal project involving the review of complex health care private equity purchase agreements. This is a flexible, multi-month contract engagement and candidates may work remotely from any location in the United States. Candidates must have extensive experience representing private equity funds in health care M&A transactions, including experience advising buyers, sellers, founders, and joint venture partners in negotiating, documenting, and consummating transactions involving health care companies. Prior experience working in the corporate practice group of a large law firm or a sophisticated boutique firm is required. This is an immediate need.
