Latitude is looking for a healthcare attorney – preferably with managed care experience – to join the in-house legal team of a major healthcare company in Nashville, Tennessee.


This remote long-term engagement opportunity won’t last long.  Your work will include reviewing and advising for managed care contract negotiations, providing regulatory research and review of state and federal laws, and conducting diligence work for acquisitions.  


Requirements for the Managed Care Attorney

  • 5+ years of healthcare experience, preferably with managed care contracts and healthcare regulatory advising
  • Excellent academic credentials 
  • Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding references


Position Details of the Managed Care Attorney

  • Type of role: Engagement
  • Schedule: Part-time/Full-time
  • Location: Hybrid (mainly remote but may require occasional trips to the Nashville office)




The annualized salary range for this engagement ranges from $140,000 to $200,000 or more.  Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to successful candidate’s education, prior work experience, other qualifications and work schedule (e.g., full-time, part-time, reduced hours). Latitude Attorneys are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working 20+ hours per week or more, including entry to a Qualified 401k plan for eligible employees. Benefits-eligible Latitude employees receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D and professional liability insurance. Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
