A San Francisco based boutique law firm is looking for an experienced real estate attorney to assist with handling quiet title actions and fraudulent transfers as well as possible related litigation. The work would be part-time on an as needed basis. It is a remote position, but the successful candidate must be licensed to practice law in the state of California.

Requirements for the Real Estate Attorney:

• At least three years of real estate litigation experience
• Direct experience handling quiet title actions and fraudulent transfers.
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Excellent academic credentials
• Outstanding references
• Active member of a state bar in good standing
