Corporate M&A Attorney (In-house role)

Are you a corporate transactional attorney with mergers and acquisitions experience looking for an engagement opportunity?  We have a corporate client looking to bring on someone to support their legal team with its M&A and other corporate needs.   

Requirements for the Corporate Transactional Attorney:

  • 8+ years of corporate transactional and M&A experience
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Licensed and in good standing in state of residence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Prior experience working in the corporate practice group of an AmLaw 100 firm is highly preferred
  • Outstanding references

Position Details of the Corporate Transactional Attorney:

  • Type of role: Engagement
  • Schedule: Part time to  Full time 
  • Location:  Remote
  • Compensation & Benefits: Highly competitive and commensurate with experience, full benefits
