Indianapolis Litigation Associate

Do you enjoy litigation but are looking for a change from your current practice? Latitude has an Indy-based law firm looking to add a mid to senior level attorney to its legal team. The firm has a broad client base, but primarily practices in general commercial and employment counseling. 

Responsibilities of the Litigation Attorney:

  • Drafting pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, discovery requests and responses, and legal correspondence
  • Handle all aspects of discovery, including taking fact and expert witness depositions
  • Communicate clearly both orally and in writing to clients and colleagues
  • Prepare for and attend arbitrations and trial

Requirements for the Litigation Attorney:

  • 5+ years of litigation experience, with significant courtroom exposure
  • Insurance subrogation experience is a plus
  • Licensed to practice law in Indiana and in good standing 
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Outstanding references

We place legal professionals in permanent, temporary, and flexible roles.
