Latitude is looking for an attorney with 4+ years of commercial contracts experience for an exciting in-house opportunity with a large technology company in the Silicon Valley. This job is fully remote. Applicants must have experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide variety of corporate and commercial contracts. Applicants must also have some type of experience with the semiconductor industry. Experience with non-disclosure agreements, licensing agreements, sourcing agreements, and funding agreements is preferred. 

Requirements for the Commercial Contracts Attorney:

  • 4+ years of legal experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide variety of corporate and commercial contracts
  • Experience with the semiconductor industry
  • Excellent academic credentials from a U.S. accredited law school
  • Strong communication skills
  • Capability and experience to work independently and with a team
  • Outstanding references
  • Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence
