Medical Products Liability Attorney (Long-Term Contract Engagement)

Latitude is seeking highly-qualified attorneys with extensive medical products liability experience to work on a long-term contract engagement with one of Latitude’s top-tier, global law firm clients.  Applicants must have experience representing medical device and pharmaceutical clients in all stages of litigation, including mass torts and individual cases.  Prior experience working at a large law firm, or a sophisticated medical products liability boutique, is strongly preferred.

Minimum Qualifications of the Medical Products Liability Attorney:

  • 4+ years of medical products liability experience
  • Prior experience at a large firm, or a sophisticated medical products liability boutique, is strongly preferred
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence
  • Outstanding references
