Patent Attorney - Remote
Latitude is seeking Intellectual Property (IP) attorneys to join a thriving Austin non-traditional law firm, with clients in the booming Central Texas technology and IP space. This firm values high quality work and creating an environment that can maximize an attorney’s ability to provide top-notch client service. Candidates should have 3 plus years of experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications (both U.S. and foreign) and supporting IP licensing and litigation. Fully Remote. 

Minimum Qualifications of the IP Patent Attorney:
  • 3+ years of legal experience in patent law and patent prosecution
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills
  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence  
  • Patent Bar eligible or admission
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Outstanding references

Compensation
The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $125,000 to $250,000 or more. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location.  In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan.  Benefits-eligible Latitude employees receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D and professional liability insurance.  Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
