Latitude is looking for a healthcare attorney – preferably with managed care experience – to join the in-house legal team of a major healthcare company in Nashville, Tennessee. Your work will include . . .
  • Reviewing and advising for managed care contract negotiations
  • Editing payor agreements
  • Advising on pre-litigation disputes
  • Providing regulatory research and review of state and federal laws
  • Understanding and advising on legal risks involved with managed care contracts
 Requirements for Managed Care Senior Counsel
  • 10+ years of healthcare experience, preferably with managed care contracts and healthcare regulatory advising
  • Excellent academic credentials 
  • Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law in Tennessee or ability to register as in-house counsel 
  • Outstanding references
Position Details of Managed Care Senior Counsel
  • Type of role: Permanent

  • Location: Hybrid (Nashville, TN)
Compensation
The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $170,000 to $210,000 or more. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also provided, including medical insurance, a retirement contribution match, and pension plan, among other benefits.
