Are you an experienced commercial contracts attorneys looking for a new role?  Latitude is looking for attorneys with experience  drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide variety of commercial contracts, including sales, vendor and procurement, IT, marketing, supply, logistics, and consulting services to support the work of its clients.   
Requirements for the Commercial Contracts Attorney:
  • 5+ years of commercial contracting experience
  • Experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing  commercial contracts
  • Prior experience at an Am Law 200 corporate law firm or corporate legal department preferred
  • Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school
  • Outstanding references
  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence
Position Details of the Commercial Contracts Attorney
  • Type of role: Engagement / Engagement-to-hire
  • Schedule: Flexible (full-time, part-time or anywhere in-between)
  • Location: St. Louis (remote, on-site or hybrid remote)
Compensation
The annualized compensation ranges from $130,000 to $200,000 or more.  Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location.  In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan.  Benefits-eligible Latitude employees receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D and professional liability insurance.  Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.

We place legal professionals in permanent, temporary, and flexible roles.
