Are you a litigation attorney interested in joining an established firm to work with accomplished trial lawyers in a collaborative professional setting? Latitude has a fantastic opportunity that fits the bill.  Latitude is looking for an associate attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience who is qualified to handle a wide variety of matters, with a particular focus on medical malpractice and other health care-related disputes. The successful candidate will be able to assist immediately in all phases of litigation, from pleadings through discovery and trial. This is a full-time position.

Basic Requirements for Associate Attorney—Commercial/Health Care Litigation
  • 2+ years litigation experience, preferably including medical malpractice and health care litigation
  • JD from an ABA accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice in North Carolina (or NC bar admission pending)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent technical and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding references

We place legal professionals in permanent, temporary, and flexible roles.
