Responsibilities of the NY Junior Litigation Attorney:
Drafting pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, discovery requests and responses, and legal correspondence
Handle all aspects of discovery
Efficiently and competently research legal issues
Communicate clearly both orally and in writing to colleagues and clients
Requirements for the NY Junior Litigation Attorney:
1-5 years of civil litigation experience in general liability matters
Licensed to practice and in good standing in New York
J.D. from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional law firm setting
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills

Location: Fully remote
Compensation Pay: The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $110,000 or more. This position is also eligible for bonuses. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location. Benefits: In addition to pay, a competitive benefits package is also provided, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) and generous leave policies.
