Are you an outstanding litigation paralegal with experience using technology solutions to manage cases and projects? Are you seeking career growth and a way to use your skills at a high level? Latitude is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with e-Discovery experience to support a highly respected, full-service, corporate law firm. This is an immediate need.

Requirements for the Litigation and Trial Paralegal:

4+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal with e-Discovery experience
Experience using Relativity (or similar document production platform) to upload, review, produce, and export litigation-related data, including experience with case assessment, technology assisted review, email threading, text-based near duplicate identification, and privilege logging
Highly professional, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well in a team environment
Experience assisting at trial is preferred
Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate are strongly preferred
Outstanding references

Position Details of the Litigation and Trial Paralegal:

Type of role: Engagement or Permanent
Schedule: Flexible (full-time or part-time)
Location: St. Louis, MO (hybrid considered from St. Louis, MO)

Compensation
The annualized compensation ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 or more. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location. In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan. Benefits-eligible Latitude employees receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D and professional liability insurance.

We place legal professionals in permanent, temporary, and flexible roles. Latitude Engaged Professionals are usually W2 employees of Latitude and, if located in the United States, are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours or more per week, including complimentary Group Life, Long term disability, AD&D, and a qualified 401k plan (subject to a qualifying period). A CLE and Professional Expense stipend is also available to benefits-eligible Latitude Attorneys. Latitude provides complementary professional liability insurance coverage to all Latitude Engaged Professionals for their Latitude engagements.
