Commercial Real Estate Attorney:
Are you an experienced commercial real estate attorney who has practiced at a sophisticated corporate law firm or in-house? Would you like the opportunity to work 40, 30 or even 25 hours a week while maintaining the sophistication of your current real estate practice? If so, we are interested in considering you for a role with a Latitude client.

Requirements for the Commercial Real Estate Attorney:

3+ years of commercial real estate experience
Experience should include commercial acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, landlord/tenant matters (residential and commercial), and title and survey review
J.D. from an accredited law school
Excellent academic credentials
Outstanding references
Active member of a state bar in good standing

Position Details for the Commercial Real Estate Attorney:

Type of role: Engagement or Permanent
Schedule: Full-time or part-time
Location: Remote considered but preference given to St. Louis area applicants (hybrid schedule is an option)
Compensation & Benefits: Highly competitive and commensurate with experience

We place legal professionals in permanent, temporary, and flexible roles. Latitude Engaged Professionals are usually W2 employees of Latitude and, if located in the United States, are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours or more per week, including complimentary Group Life, Long term disability, AD&D, and a qualified 401k plan (subject to a qualifying period). A CLE and Professional Expense stipend is also available to benefits-eligible Latitude Attorneys. Latitude provides complementary professional liability insurance coverage to all Latitude Engaged Professionals for their Latitude engagements.
