In-House Corporate Counsel (Hybrid, Permanent) Are you an experienced corporate attorney looking to move in-house or make a change from your current in-house role? This in-house attorney position is a permanent role which will work closely the General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel of the company.
Requirements for the Corporate Lawyer Role:
5+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or as an in-house counsel
Experience advising on corporate secretary, risk management, and information governance functions
Experience developing contract management workflows is a plus
Past work advising on regulatory and compliance matters
Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Licensed to practice law in Connecticut or of a state bar with reciprocity with Connecticut and be in good standing (or eligible for in-house exemption)
Position Details of Corporate Lawyer Role:
Type of role: Permanent
Location: in Connecticut Hybrid / WFH - commuting distance from Clinton, New Haven, New London, Hartford, Providence and surrounding areas
Pay: The salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $200,000 [when calculated on a full-time basis] depending on the candidate’s experience. This position may be eligible for bonuses. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
