Basic Requirements for the Construction Attorney:
4+ years of construction law experience, including reviewing and negotiating complex construction contracts and litigating construction law disputes
Outstanding written and communication skills and desire to work with clients to understand and achieve their goals
Desire to deeply understand the construction business and provide sage advice to builders and other clients
Excellent academic credentials
Licensed to practice law in Tennessee or ability to obtain a Tennessee license
Outstanding references required
